Property:
This system do the power on, high voltage test, hot current and power test on the vacuum cleaner motor(Max power 2000W) in line before factory delivery. It is perfect suitable for mass test because of high efficiency (Max output per hour: 450pcs) and labor cost saving (1 worker each for loading and unloading). This system is composed of loading part, voltage decrease test line, rated test line and sound room. Conveying line of up-to-down plate saves space and runs stably in horizontal forward. In addition, copper bar is used in the conduction joint from the working station plate to line. Elastic contact carbon brush is used in joint from the line to working station plate. This mechanism ensures low breakdown.

Motors could be put in 2 rows;
Material: Frame - angle steel; Side plate – cold plate; Surface – plastic spraying for anti-rust. It benefits maintenance.
Driving chain-P=25 low noise chain. It is light but big bear and long life.
Working station plate – cold plate of 3mm thickness with plastic spraying in surface; Dimension: 0.25 x 0.6m
Specialized motor test base is the motor positioning jig. It could be adapt to different kinds of motors. Each motor in power has independent over loading air switch (20A)
Line driving is produced by 3 phases AC motor with matched redactor. It is low noise and long life.
2. Motors displacement: shaft upward, which is vertical to the move way of the line.
3. Moving mode: continuous moving: Rhythm is 10-60 seconds (adjustable)
Test Jig

Power
1.5KW voltage adjustor is equipped with current test working station.
1.Test line is divided into 8 section, each section is with independent single phase voltage adjustor of 30KW.
