Main feature
This system adopts production line mode to boost pressure running, performance test and noise monitor when assembling motor.
With high testing efficiency (Test 600 sets per hour max)
saving labor（just need on line, test listening noise, off line to pack three persons）and suitable to batch testing.
This system is made up of assembly line, testing line, noise room and testing system.
Convey line adopts level travel up-and-down plate-type convey line structure, saving place and running steadily.
Convey line runs continuously in testing process, saving time and with high testing efficiency.
Noise room adopts metal plate casing and noise absorption material inner room.
The motor in and out through noise absorption channel, with beautiful, firm and good effect feature, it can totally meet the requirement of motor noise monitor.
Testing system adopts HyperTransport, integrate the testing part into testing electrical cabinet
With high precision, steady testing and convenient maintenance feature.
The conduction part on the station plate contact with line body between use copper bar, line and station plate contact conduction part adopt elastic contact copper conduction wheel.
Resistance test adopts four points method.
.All test items of electrical performance are done automatically at one time fast.
Each test items could be on or off randomly. Approval standard also could be set up randomly. The machine will give acousto-optic alarm for reject motor
Statistics quantity and qualified rate automatically, reject goods Statistics classify
Single station/double station can be chosen, with high utility and testing efficiency
Customer can do item programming automatically as per testing requirement.
Voltage adjusting can choose manual adjust or auto adjust.
System switch part use imported high voltage vacuum steel spring tube relay, withstand voltage 10000V,work test 100000000 times
It can save, edit, call kinds model stator and check data specification automatically.
.Machine can add bar code scan function as per customer requirement, input bar code when checking, the testing data will show on the screen. |
