QCM-2A automobile motor integrated tester
This tester is applied to integrated test varieties of automobile motor, wiper motor, window lifting motor, oil pump motor etc. Its LCD shows all technical data which obtained by industrial control computer, which check and verify the quality of testing stators.
Test standard
1. Current test (testing way and range is subjected to customer requirement)
(1) Testing voltage range: 0~24VDC (customer prepare the testing power supply)
(2) Testing range: 0~5A~10A~20A~40A
(3) Integrated precision: +/-0.5%
(4) Testing way: High gear, middle gear
(5) OK/ Reject verify way: goods of its current testing value higher than setting value is taken as reject. The software will give acousto-optic alarm accordingly.
2. Power test (testing way and range is subjected to customer requirement)
(1) Testing voltage range: 0~24VDC (customer prepare the testing power supply)
(2) Testing range: 0~100W~500W~1000W~2000W
(3) Integrated precision +/-0.5%
(4) Testing way: High gear, middle gear
(5) OK/ Reject verify way: goods of its power testing value higher than setting value is taken as reject. The software will give acousto-optic alarm accordingly.
3. Spin test (testing way and range is subjected to customer requirement)
(1) Testing voltage range: 0~24VDC (customer prepare the testing power supply)
(2) Testing range: 0~10000 revolutions
(3) Integrated precision: +/-0.5%
(4) Testing way: fiber sensor output
(5) OK/ Reject verify way: goods of its motor speed higher/lower than setting value is taken as reject. The software will give acousto-optic alarm accordingly.
4. Vibration test 0~24VDC (customer prepare the testing power supply)
(1) Testing voltage range: 0~24VDC ((customer prepare the testing power supply)
(2) Testing range:0.01~199.9 m/s2
(3) Integrated precision: +/-0.5%
(4) Testing way: vibrating sensor reads the data.
(5) OK/ Reject verify way: goods of its vibration value higher than setting value is taken as reject. The software will give acousto-optic alarm accordingly.
Main Property:
All test items of electrical performance are done automatically at one time fast.
Each test items could be on or off randomly. Approval standard also could be set up randomly.
The machine will give acousto-optic alarm for reject stator.
